- After treatment plans to shanghai and preliminary budgets are confirmed, then a 30% prepayment is required to initiate scheduling and coordination.
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if more than 7 working days before arrival
- Partial refund according to consultation stage
- Cancellation within 7 working days before arrival: 20% refunded, 10% charged for planning and coordination
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your schedule free of charge

For selected complex cases, treatment coordination may begin after review of medical stability, travel readiness, and physician recommendations.
